We are IBOP \u2013 Institute for Education, Organizational Development and Permagogy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our work is grounded in real practice:
in schools, projects, and ongoing development processes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Good education does not come from ideas alone.
It happens where people, dynamics, and curriculum meet in everyday life.<\/p>\n

That is where we work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We develop structures and approaches that hold up in reality \u2014

We currently take responsibility for our first school project,
laying the foundation for future locations.
We design school concepts, initiate educational programs,
and work on one central question:
How does learning actually work under real conditions?
From this, new approaches emerge \u2014tested, practical, and ready to be applied.

This allows us to fully integrate the existing education system

OUR APPROACH- PERMAGOGY<\/span><\/h2>\n

People learn differently.
What matters is whether education can work with that reality. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Permagogy starts exactly here.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We work with what is already present:
curiosity, movement, and the natural drive to grow.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The curriculum remains.
But learning is no longer separated into isolated subjects \u2014
it is understood in context.<\/p>\n

This is not a contradiction between system and practice.
It is a way to bring them back together.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Permagogy is not an add-on.
It is a way of making the system work again.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Where learning becomes a struggle, we intervene.
Not to manage it better \u2014 but to resolve it.<\/p>\n

So that growth becomes possible again.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This approach is continuously developed
in collaboration with the University of Education Freiburg.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

This is not a loose network.

In the Gewerbepark Breisgau, this becomes real:
School meets working life \u2014 not side by side,
but in direct exchange with those who build, decide, and create.<\/p>\n

Educators, parents, and companies work together
and bring in their perspectives.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What holds this network together is a shared mindset:<\/p>\n

Not working in parallel \u2014 but building solutions together.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Ministry of Education (Germany\/BW) defines education
as supporting personal development, participation,

MAKING IT REAL<\/h2>\n
\n

Our first learning environment is being built
in the Gewerbepark Breisgau \u2014 in the middle of over 200 companies.<\/p>\n

Here, real working life meets nature.
Learning is not simulated. It is experienced, tested, and lived.<\/p>\n

With the Eine- Welt- SchuleMarkgr\u00e4flerland,
we are building our first community school.<\/p>\n

Approval is in process.
Partnerships are growing.
Funding has started.<\/p>\n

Now it is about letting what already exists continue to grow.<\/p>\n
