IBOP understands education as the space in which exactly this emerges.

WHERE WE STAND

From approach to implementation.
First location:
Eine-Welt-Schule Markgräflerland

• The approval process is underway
• Partnerships are in place and growing
• Funding has begun and will be further expanded

In parallel, IBOP is developing the structure for additional locations.

FUNDING & PARTICIPATION

    Enabling the launch together

    The establishment of the Eine-Welt-Schule Markgräflerland is no longer an idea—it is already a reality.
    Over the past years, more than €90,000 has been invested in the establishment.
    Of this, around €80,000 went directly into the founding process, including for:
    • Renovations and use of premises
    • IT infrastructure and servers
    • Rent and utilities
    • Equipment and furnishings
    • Public relations
    • as well as initial staffing contributions

    How the school sustains itself

    The school is structured so that, in the first three years,
    it finances itself through its own resources—through:

    • School fees
    • Education loans
    • supplementary donations
    • as well as guarantees to provide security

    What is currently needed

    For the start in September, the following is currently still missing:
    €30,000

    Our goal:
    €10,000 per month (April – June)

    This will ensure the launch is financially secure and sustainable.

    Guarantees

    To secure the education loan from GLS Bank
    additional guarantees are required.

    Individual guarantees are possible from €3,000.

    The founders

    Maja Modley

    Maja thinks about education in terms of contexts, patterns and possibilities.

    As an education scientist and systemic coach, she identifies structures, opens up new perspectives and sets topics in motion. Her work combines analytical clarity with a future-oriented approach.

    Melanie combines psychological understanding with structural thinking.

    As a psychologist, early childhood educator and organisational development specialist, she recognises dynamics early and translates them into sustainable structures. She has a keen sense for people, sees potential and supports development.
